The text also contains several references to the Galaxy Note series, implying it will be a major focus of discussion at Samsung’s next Unpacked event:

“We know many of you were surprised when Samsung didn’t release a new Galaxy Note last year.”

However, he stated that Samsung hasn’t “forgotten about these experiences you enjoy,” suggesting a Note sequel or similar device might be included in the new S series.

Maybe Samsung is not planning to reveal a new Note device, even though Galaxy S22 Ultra could serve as a Note sequel. In fact, Roh’s message concluded with a hint about the next Ultra, indicating that Samsung intends to position the Galaxy S22 Ultra as a Note successor.
