MediaTek announced its new Dimensity 920 processor in August. The only available phones on the market that are powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 920 are the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+. The latest leaks indicate that OPPO is developing a new smartphone equipped with the new Dimensity 920. Unfortunately, we don’t know what this new phone from the Chinese manufacturer will be called yet.
A new OPPO smartphone with a Dimensity 920 processor might be released soon
According to the leak, this new phone will come with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen will be protected with Gorilla Glass 5 and may very well include an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The new OPPO smartphone will offer an 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Leaks suggest that it will feature a 4,500mAh with 60W quick-charging support.
It will come with a triple camera setup offering an OmniVision OV64B 64MP main camera, a Sony IMX355 ultrawide sensor, and a macro camera with a 4cm focal length. It also has a Sony IMX471 16MP front camera for selfies.
The unnamed OPPO phone with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be sold for around $313, whereas the model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage will be sold for around $360.
As we have said earlier, these are leaked information and official specs and prices might differ.
