Today we are going to share an important list for Pokémon Go fans, you will be able to see all legendary Pokémon and you will learn how to catch them!
Since 2017, after the addition of raids, Pokémon Go offers a wide range of legendary creatures that you can catch. These Pokémon can only be obtained by following specific methods. In this post, you will see a series of tips and tricks to be able to have these rare creatures.
How to catch all legendary creatures in Pokémon Go?
Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go can only be obtained through the following methods:
- By raids: They are usually enabled for a limited time and always at the 5-star level.
- By EX raids: Even more exclusive than the previous ones.
- By investigations: As rewards both in field tasks and special investigations.
- Combats GO League: Obtain them as a reward for reaching a certain season rank.
As a general rule, the main method to get legendary Pokémon is to participate in the raids. It should be noted that to date no legendary Pokémon has been available for catching at any time. Given their high rarity, these Pokémon rotate and appear only for a limited time.
Therefore we must be very attentive to not miss the opportunity to get a legendary creature when it is activated by Niantic. To be able to participate in raids we need:
- To have to get a raid pass.
- To have to find the legendary Pokémon in the raid in the map view (or by looking at the Radar).
Legendary raids are easy to identify; a gray legendary egg will show how long the Pokémon will be available, it appears above the gyms.
All you have to do is go to the location and participate with other players to weaken the Pokémon in question, which is not easy. Remember that it is also possible to perform remote raids to capture these creatures from a distance. Once the Pokémon is weakened, we will be granted Honor Ball to try to catch it and the rest will be a matter of luck.
Pokémon Go research tasks
With the arrival of the third generation to Pokémon Go, legendaries were added into the game for the first time as rewards in research tasks, both field and special.
For example, there are legendary Pokémon that we can capture for our team by completing field research tasks for 7 consecutive days and getting the final reward package. Or you can also complete one of Professor Willow’s special investigations to be rewarded in the same way.
