How to cancel a Zoom Pro or Business subscription?

If you don’t know how to cancel a Zoom Pro or Business subscription, we are going to help you out in this guide. Don’t worry, the process is much easier than you think. Whether it is for billing issues or any other reason, it is normal that you want to abandon your subscription at some point.

How to cancel a Zoom Pro or Business subscription?

Please note that if you obtained your Zoom subscription through a direct sale, the changes will be made at the end of the subscription term indicated in the offer. In other words, you will be able to enjoy the service until the amount of time you paid for is over. In short, you will not lose a single dollar when you cancel your subscription. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Zoom website.
  • Click on Account Management and then on Billing.
  • When you are on the Current Plans tab, click Cancel Subscription.
  • Choose the reason you do not want to renew the subscription.
  • Click Submit.
