HP has announced the update of its professional desktop machines Z by HP, adding a series of improvements that seek to achieve levels of performance that until now were only available for high-end workstations of the multinational.

“Performance is essential for creators to speed up the transformation of ideas into designs while reducing design cycle times,” explained HP. The update of the Z by HP machines has this objective: that professionals have the right technology and tools to be more productive, be more connected, promote collaboration and ensure security whether working from home or in the office at a time when hybrid work is on the rise.

Z by HP has incorporated NVIDIA’s new RTX A4000 and RTX A5000 series professional graphics on the HP Z2 G8 Tower, as well as next-generation graphics options on the Z4, Z6, and Z8 workstations, providing a powerful desktop experience for designers, engineers, and artists to “create the future without limits.

Working from home will continue and employees “will be able to choose where they work,” said Bob Pette, vice president of Professional Visualization at NVIDIA. “The new NVIDIA Ampere architecture GPUs with the Z by HP desktops will give professionals the computing power they need to work from anywhere,” said Pette.

Also added are the latest processors from Intel and Samsung’s most advanced solid-state drives, PCIe Gen4 SSDs that deliver the ultimate performance for internal storage for any machine.
