The Chinese tech giant is launching devices non-stop and today we were able to learn Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite specs through Google Play Console.
As you know, every time Xiaomi announces a high-end device, it presents a low-cost model too. It happened with the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Lite so obviously it was also going to happen with the Mi 11.
Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite specs leaked
Mi 11 Lite has been listed on Google Play Console under the codename “Renoir” and model number M2101K9G. This means that it will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, the same as its predecessor, the Mi 10 Lite.
It seems like there will not be a significant jump between the two devices. The global COVID-19 pandemic has caused shortages of supplies. Companies were not able to reach their sales targets. That’s why there will be no replacement for the Snapdragon 765G. Xiaomi will have to take advantage of the leftover processors it has in stock.
In short, the Mi 11 Lite will be a mid-range smartphone compatible with 5G networks that will not be very different from the Mi 10 Lite. Of course, we will have a version with 8GB RAM. There might be changes and surprises that Xiaomi prepares for us, but for now, we have no further details.
