EMUI 11 update released for Huawei Nova 5T. The Chinese giant is stepping on the gas to get the global and stable version of EMUI 11 as soon as possible. In recent days, the Mate 20 family or the P30 and P30 have begun to receive this update. Now, it is the turn of another veteran and a phone that was the choice of many users, as is the Nova 5T, as Huawei has also just launched the new version for this device.
The Huawei Nova 5T is a phone that does have the famous GMS or Google Services. This means that users of this phone have an old-school Huawei and of course, this new update to EMUI 11 does not eliminate them by any means. Recall that the Nova 5T hit the market in the last quarter of 2019 and did so with EMUI 91. It subsequently received its ration to EMUI 10 and EMUI 10.1. The good news is that the update was planned for approximately the month of April, but the Chinese company has stepped on the accelerator to leave it ready much earlier.

Also, the Nova 5T is a phone that is still very fresh today, standing out for its 6.25-inch FullHD+ display, quad rear camera with 48MP main sensor, the powerful Kirin 980, or a battery with 22.5W fast charging.
According to the report from Huawei Central media, the version of EMUI 11 for the Nova 5T comes with version number 11.0.0.138 and weighs 1.91GB. This means that it pays to prepare enough storage space to be able to download and install the update without problems. It should also be noted that it is released in batches, so it will not reach all countries and models at the same time. It is therefore expected, barring any problems, to appear on the Nova 5T during the next few days. However, you can check or try to force the update from Settings/System/System Updates, or from the Huawei Support app itself, looking in the updates section.

EMUI 11 is a breath of fresh air for the Nova 5T, as it is loaded with new features. It adds for example a multi-window floating function and screen animations are more fluid.
