- Enter the Applications folder.

- Choose Uninstall.
It’s as simple as that. Flash will disappear completely and the security of your computer will improve. Adobe strongly recommends that all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems. Some users may still see reminders from Adobe to uninstall Flash Player from their system.
