Ubisoft Uplay+ could join Xbox Game Pass, according to a new rumor. Rumors have been circulating for some time that Ubisoft might add its Xbox Game Pass subscription service. Now, a WindowsCentral editor stated on his Twitter account that this possible merger with Microsoft’s service could become a reality.
Ubisoft Uplay+ could join Xbox Game Pass
The person in question is Jez Corden, who is also known to be aware of Xbox’s plans, so the community takes his predictions quite seriously. While he was not the first to hint at this, his tweet makes the rumor take hold again, especially for those who are eager to enjoy Ubisoft’s catalog on the Microsoft service.
I've seen rumours about Ubisoft Uplay+ joining Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
I think this has a strong chance of being true, based on stuff I've heard.

The Ubisoft service has been available to PC gamers since September 2019. But its success was undoubtedly overshadowed by the popularity that Microsoft achieved with Game Pass in September 2020, when it reached more than 15 million subscribers. That said, the arrival of Ubisoft+ at Microsoft’s service would be a fairly logical move by the company to seek to make it more popular.
The only problem for us is that it could take some time before Ubisoft+ reaches the PC version. Let’s remember that EA Play, for example, was scheduled to join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC in December 2020, but was canceled at the last minute and still doesn’t have a new release date.
