Samsung confirms that the S-Pen will be compatible with other mobiles such as the Galaxy S21.

It’s official now: the S-Pen will be compatible with more Samsung mobiles, and there will be cheaper folders next year. Now that practically everything about the new Samsung Galaxy S21 has been leaked, the company seems to have no problem sharing information about its new devices in advance.

Through a post in the company’s official blog, the current president of Samsung’s mobile division wanted to share new information about the brand’s new star devices, detailing some of the most important new features of the new devices.

The S-Pen will reach more phones

In the statement, TM Roh indicates that 2021 will be a year of change for the Samsung Galaxy series, as the company intends to expand the capabilities of the devices that shape this family through new features.

One of those new features will be the inclusion of support for the S-Pen stylus for a greater number of devices, reaffirming rumors that there will be no new model of the Galaxy Note series in 2021.

In that sense, Roh also talks about “adding some of the most beloved features to other Galaxy series devices”.

On the other hand, it is also indicated that more details about the devices will be shared in January, the month in which the Galaxy S21 seems to have been set.

More foldable phones coming and in affordable prices

TM Roh also took the opportunity to discuss the progress made with the Galaxy Z folding smartphone series.

In this respect, he indicates that Samsung aspires to have a catalog of foldable phones made up of devices that are more accessible to everyone. It is likely that this statement refers to the supposed “Lite” model of the Galaxy Z Flip, which will arrive this year at a lower price than the original smartphone.

In conclusion, he talks about the efforts made by the company to make its cameras the best on the market, devoting resources to both the field of photography and video, with the aim of fighting back from one to another with the firms that are references in this sense.

The presentation event of the Samsung Galaxy S21 is scheduled for January 14th. It will be then when we will be able to know all the details of a part of the Samsung catalog for the year 2021.
