According to some sources, in the first Samsung Unpacked of 2021, we will see the new generation of wireless headphones of Samsung: Galaxy Buds. It is still not known which will be its official name, although the one that has been heard in the last weeks has been Galaxy Buds Beyond. Samsung has filed a trademark application for this name in the United States, so it makes sense this way.
In terms of design, the new headphones are expected to follow the more conventional line of the original Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+, and they are expected to be different from the original appearance of the Galaxy Buds Live. They will therefore be more conservative in-ear headphones, but with some improvements over their predecessors.
Among their new features, there is the optimization of the sound quality, an improvement in the ambient mode for listening to the surround sound through the headphones, and they are also expected to implement active noise cancellation, like the Galaxy Buds Live.
The ANC function of the new Galaxy Buds Beyond would, in theory, be better than the one offered by Galaxy Buds Live, since its design seals the ear canal better.
