Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is an ultra-light gaming laptop and we will talk about its specs, price and release date. The Chinese giant has presented a version of the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 and this laptop has AMD Ryzen instead of Intel processors. Users will be able to choose between AMD and Intel and that’s great.

There is no doubt that this is excellent news, since, with this version of the Lenovo Legion Slim 7, users are no longer limited in their choice, and can choose between Intel Core or AMD Ryzen processors.

  • Lenovo introduced a new foldable notebook, ThinkPad X1 Fold
  • Lenovo announces its new high-end tablet, Tab P11 Pro
  • Lenovo launched Legion Phone Duel, a gaming phone with two batteries and a side camera

Lenovo Legion Slim 7 specs

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 can be configured with a Ryzen 9 4900H APU, a chip that integrates an 8-core, 16-wire Zen 2 processor running at 3.3GHz (4.4GHz with turbo boost) and comes with an integrated Radeon Vega 8 graphics, which adds up to 512 shaders. This configuration is, by itself, powerful enough to move current games in 1080p with low or medium qualities, depending on the requirements of each particular title.

You can still buy an upgraded version. Lenovo Legion Slim 7 will be ready to mount up to an RTX 2060 Max-Q, a graphics card that adds 1920 shaders, 120 texture units, 48 raster units, a 192-bit bus, 240 tensor cores, 30 RT cores and has 6GB GDDR6 memory. It is powerful enough to play in 1080p with all the guarantees.

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 offers a high level of performance. But its design is not so dazzling. This model has an angular line and a high-quality aluminum finish, and its weight is only 1.86 kilograms. The integrated battery is 71 WHr, which allows it to offer an autonomy of up to 9.6 hours for each full charge, and supports quick charging.

To ensure that temperatures are not a problem, Lenovo has integrated the Coldfront 2.0 system for Lenovo Legion Slim 7, which is optimally suited to any workload. The TrueStrike keyboard has white backlighting and offers more intense keystrokes than other keyboards thanks to its system based on transition switches.

On the front of Lenovo Legion Slim 7, there is a 15.6-inch display that offers different configuration options, including everything from classic 1080p resolution and a maximum of 144Hz to 4K and 60Hz resolution. In both cases, there’s an IPS panel that guarantees perfect viewing angles.

Furthermore, the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has an integrated fingerprint reader, Dolby Atmos surround sound with Dolby Sound Radar (supported by Lenovo’s acoustic camera that reduces noise and contributes to improving sound quality), can come with up to 32GB DDR4 memory, NVMe PCIe SSD up to 2TB, Bluetooth 5.1 and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and comes with Windows 10.

Lenovo Legion Slim 7 price and release date

It will cost $1060 with the current exchange rate and it is available worldwide.
