The Chinese giant has presented the new Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro, so here are the specs, price and release date for both models. This mobile phone is really important because this is the debut of the new Kirin 9000 processor. It is very powerful and it is manufactured with TSMC’s new 5 nm process.

As many of our readers will remember, the US veto on Huawei limited the Chinese company’s access to TSMC. Huawei has been unable to get stock of the Kirin 9000. Unfortunately, they are going to limit the marketing of the Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro to the Chinese market, something that, in the end, has not been completely fulfilled.
Huawei Mate 40 specs
The phone is coming with a very large screen, and it will have two front cameras in a point notch shape. Both the front and rear cameras are expected to offer top performance. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro will have a 108MP main camera and it is expected to be available in October. We will see if this mobile phone will be able to compete with its strong rivals. Huawei Mate 40 price and release date
The Huawei Mate 40 Pro Plus will sell for €1,399 ($1,655), the Mate 40 Pro will be sold for €1,199 (£1099.99 / $1,418) and it will be available from November 13th in Europe. The Mate 40 will cost €899 ($1,063). The Porsche Design Huawei Mate 40 RS will be priced at €2,295 ($2,715).
