  1. First, open Chrome and go to “web.telegram.org” and you will see that the interface looks very similar to the normal application.
  2. Then, tap on the three-point menu in the upper left corner and select the Add to Home Screen option. In the pop-up window tap Add. This will install the Telegram Web as if it were an application.
  3. Once the process is complete, the last step is to enter your login details to access the service.
