Samsung will launch Galaxy S20 FE, a cheaper variant of S20 series including S20+ and S20 Ultra, at the Unpacked For Every Fan event at 7:00 am PDT.

Samsung will present its new phone in a new Galaxy Unpacked online session, the third model in less than two months. The company launched the Note20 and the Note20 Ultra in August and in September, made a presentation for its new foldable phone, Z Fold 2. Now it is the turn for the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. The name of the event, Galaxy Unpacked for Every Fan, leaves little room for doubt.

The streaming begins at 7:00 am PDT and can be followed live through the South Korean manufacturer’s website. It is not ruled out that the device will arrive with more products.

The Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is expected to be a cheaper alternative to the route represented by its brothers, the standard S20, the S20 + and the S20 Ultra, launched last February and starting at 949$, 1249$ and 1499$ respectively.

Expected specs of Samsung Galaxy S20 FE

The mobile, which would come in 4G and 5G versions (with different processors), has been the subject of fairly complete leaks. The last one, motivated because its author had the 5G model in his hands, states that the S20 FE would be located between the ‘normal’ S20 and the Ultra in terms of size.

It would be characterized by a 6.5-inch panel with FHD + resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, three rear cameras (12MP main) and a 32MP front camera for selfies.

At the moment Samsung is expected to present Galaxy S20 FE in six colors : orange, blue, green, red, purple and white.
