Huawei delivers big update with EMUI 10.1 to 36 Huawei and Honor phones
While we are talking about Chinese versions, global ones are slightly behind. Huawei has reported on promoting the distribution of a large update of the proprietary shell EMUI 10.1 update for phones and tablets of Huawei and Honor brands.
When will EMUI 10.1 be sent?
As far as the Chinese versions are concerned, global distribution is lagging behind. So, the update EMUI 10.1 and Magic UI 3.1 is already available for 36 smartphone and tablet models of Huawei and Honor.
List of Huawei and Honor phones and tablets that will receive the update
Huawei smartphones that will get EMUI 10.1 update: Huawei Mate 30 series, Huawei P30 series, Huawei Nova 6 series, Huawei Mate 20 series, Huawei Nova 5 series, Huawei Enjoy 10S, Huawei Mate X and Huawei Mate Xs.
Honor smartphones that will get EMUI 10.1 update: Honor 9X, Honor 9X Pro, Honor 20 Youth Edition.
Honor smartphones that will get Magic UI 3.1 update: Honor V30 and V30 Pro, Honor V20, Honor Magic 2, Honor 20, Honor 20 Pro and Honor 20S.
Tablets that will get EMUI 10.1 update: Huawei MatePad Pro, 10.8-inch Huawei MediaPad M6, 8.4-inch Huawei MediaPad M6 and Huawei MediaPad M6 Turbo Edition.
What will the update bring?
EMUI 10.1 brings many changes and improvements. The shell will receive an improved graphical interface, an improved Multiscreen mode, a video call application called MeeTime, Celia’s proprietary voice assistant, new themes, an “always on” screen feature, a function for sharing photos and videos to different Huawei devices on the same network, and much more.
