Galaxy S20 Ultra may have a 100x digital zoom shows the leaks. After its features leaked, now more details about Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra began to appear. Another leak associated with the Galaxy S20 Ultra camera allowed enthusiasts to recreate the alleged design of to be announced flagship model.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra camera will zoom 100x according to the leaks
Its assumed that the main lens will be 108MP, and there will be a 12MP ultrawide and 48MP periscope telephoto lens, in addition to the ToF module. This periscope lens will allow the camera reach 5- or 10x optical zoom, and a 100x digital zoom. Popular blogger and concept maker Ben Geskin showed what new phone’s camera might look like.
According to the past leaks, S20 Ultra will receive a 6.9-inch display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a Snapdragon 865 or Exynos 990 processor depending on the market, up to 16GB of RAM, and a 5000mAh battery.
This leak cancels what we saw on the previous leak actually. Because we thought there would be a five cam setup on Ultra, but now there is three. Yet, the periscope camera is an interesting thing, considering many people opt new phones for their cameras. And one of Samsung’s main competitors, Huawei did a lot with their 50x optical zoom feature in P30 Pro.
The previous leak also showed there would be four cam setup on S20, even though this one is about S20 Ultra, we will probably see three cams on S20 if there will be four on S20 Ultra.
Comparing the other features looking at these photos and designs, the fingerprint reader will still be under the screen and 5G is supported, as we see. On this leak, we still don’t see a dedicated Bixby button, probably we’ll say so long to Bixby after this phone.
Samsung Galaxy S20 series will be launched on February 11 at Samsung’s Unpacked event.
